• Eligibility: - The Paradise Irrigation bill must be in the applicant's name. - The applicant must live at the address where the discount will be received. - The applicant's household must qualify for the assistance program California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) with Pacific Gas & Electric (PGE). - Applicant must provide a copy of their PGE bill reflecting their discount for the CARE program. - Applicant must notify Paradise Irrigation District if their household no longer qualifies for the PGE program.
